FAQ
WHAT DO WE NEED TO BOOK OUR WEDDING DATE?
Once you are ready to book the photography service, I will ask for a 30% deposit and a signed contract to officially reserve your date. I will then begin planning the trip and the service.
A second payment of 30% is required two weeks before the event, with the final balance due upon delivery of the photographs.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
I always recommend booking your photography service as early as possible, as we have decided to dedicate ourselves to a limited number of weddings per year, covering only one event per day. This enables us to guarantee the best possible service to each couple.
Once you have booked my photography services, I am available at any time to answer your questions about the rest of your wedding planning.
I accept bank transfers.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU FALL ILL AND CANNOT ATTEND?
In my ten years of wedding photography, illness and accidents have rarely occurred, but I know they can happen at any time. If I or one of my colleagues is unwell or unable to attend, I guarantee that another professional photographer from the studio will be present.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE OUR IMAGES?
The images will be ready approximately three months after the wedding. You will then be able to download the high-resolution files.
If you have opted for an album, it will be ready for delivery within six months of selecting your favourite photos.
